My husband, who loves stir fries, uses this just about every day. It's a great size and the glaze on it is gorgeous. The depth of the bowl means you can easily hold it, given it's not huge, but don't have to sacrifice space. Definitely recommend!

This is a very deep Asian-style noodle bowl done in a very attractive blue and green glaze. It’s a bit of an unusual shape, one that I have never seen before; even an online image search didn’t have anything just like it. The ceramic is thick so it’s a little heavy for its size, which gave me the impression it could hold more than it actually did. As it is, it won’t even hold a cooked package of 3-minute ramen without the broth spilling out of the side holes. It certainly can’t hold 20 oz. of liquid. You’ll just have to be careful what you use it for. Those side holes are actually used as a chopstick rest; the online product photo of someone using chopsticks through the holes as a carrying handle is not recommended, unless you want your dinner on the floor. Sadly, what they want you spend on this bowl is a bit too much. They’re are other similar bowls out there at a better price point. It’s your money, spend it wisely.
