They slip too much. Trying to make them tighter just cracks the metal and they fall apart.

Bought for a laundry sink. Easy to install. Won’t win any beauty contests though. The universal fit is a neat feature but also comes loose over time. Not a big deal and easy to re-tighten when needed. Recommended for the value.

This was for a utility tub. It's nothing fancy, but it has adjustable tightening screws that will help it latch onto pretty much anything.

I was not able to put the handles in, my son couldn't either. Got the plumber to take a look as he was around. He took one look at the handles and said "of course they'll fit". He loosened the screw of the handle, insert over the stump of the tap, and screwed it tight. Turns out the screw was in the way, that was why I couldn't push the thing in.

It's slightly smaller than what I needed but it works. I was looking for functionality and these did the trick in my mobile home. I'd recommend for the bathroom vs. the kitchen as they are small.

Didn't fit my faucet, so it isn't truly universal.

Truly universal. Works as so many others should but don't. This is common sense. It's about time. This will fit anything!! Not Anything fancy... just simple and highly functional.

I bought these about 2-1/2 years ago, and I wrote this: "I bought these for a very old low end bathtub fixture, which had a broken handle. The handle shafts on my fixture are about 3/4" from the spout, and these fit fine. In my particular case, the installed handles slip somewhat, and have to be repositioned every once in a while, but I think that may well have to do with the worn shaft. These handles do well for a tight spot when the replacement handles in the local hardware store do not fit."Over the time I have had them, they slipped frequently, and had to be re-positioned and/or tightened every few months. I have removed them at least twice and cleaned the workings inside, which rusted considerably. Finally, now, I am buying a second set, because the screws have stripped after working them so much. On the one hand, I am tired of having to fix them dripping wet in my bathrobe because they won't turn off completely, and , on the other hand, I am glad I didn't have to replumb the ancient bathtub. So, it's a trade off.

The recent repair of the 60+ year old plumbing necessitated sawing off the old handle with a hacksaw. These handles have a very deep bore which enables a good grip on what's left of the old stem and were at least 10 bucks cheaper than the local version. I support local commerce whenever I can but any good thing can be overdone, especially when Sam just keeps on printing those greenbacks.
