Bought this to wear over a premium disposable to catch leaks and protect the sheets. It works well for that. It fits as expected as is generally comfortable. Have not tried it as a stand-alone diaper. A couple issues: the velcro didn't work well after the first washing, so I have to use Snappi's to keep it secure, and it takes a long time to dry after washing. Knowing this, would still buy again because it performs well and is holding up well after several months of use.

Nice diaper holds lots of liquid but not really feeling dry in the diapers like I do with disposable diapers.Cost savings is nice because if washing instead of throwing out diapers. Easy to put on unlike the tape diapers. Very noise when you remove the Velcro diaper tabs but that's about it. I love that it's an all in one diaper no need for plastic pant covers.

Best cloth all in one diaper I have tried. It is the most comfortable and protective All in one diaper that I know of. Please be aware that cloth diapers, even all-in-ones like this one do not provide the same protection as heavy absorbency disposables. I have worn one of these around the house when needing to give my skin a break from disposable and over disposables for bed time with great success. I have about worn out the 3 that I have and will probably buy another set.

[Updated 4 Jan 2013]As with all cloth diapers, the fit is anything but discreet; but in all of my 28 years of being incontinent, the only person who will ever think it's obvious that you're wearing a diaper ... is you.I found the LeakMaster to be very comfortable (when dry) but not very absorbent (which is to be expected with any cloth diaper). Since I leak constantly, I can't recommend this diaper to anyone who's 100% incontinent. It leaked something fierce on me as soon as I sat down (thank God it was in my truck driving home, and not in public or at work).Depending on your needs (e.g. you only lose small amounts of urine here and there), this diaper may work out for you. It, however, not for me.Overall, the Leakmaster diaper isn't a bad product, but is EXTREMELY over-priced ($65 with delivery) and pales in comparison to other all-in-one cloth diapers. I've ordered more absorbent (and therefore thicker) all-in-one diapers (e.g. Tex-A-Med Paddy Care) from Germany (saveexpress[dot]de) for the same amount of money.

These adult diapers tend to run large so a "small" really is at the top end of the waist/weight size. They are very bulky and likely a good choice for an adult that does not move around much. However, they are also very effective for incontinence care.Want to add that the customer service folks at this company were great and very responsive.

This was not what I ordered. I thought I was ordering something that would fit under my swimsuit. Instead, I ended up with this very thick diaper, which would not fit around me. I looked like Daffy Duck!! I haven't been able to use it!!
