This leather balance strap is a useful English saddle accessory for any rider that needs extra stability when in the saddle. Great for boosting an inexperienced rider's confidence by providing a secure handle to hold onto.
Also commonly used by experienced riders when schooling young, more spirited horses that may be unpredictable.
Made from soft rolled leather that is easy to grip and comfortable to hold.
Size
One size fits all saddles. When buckled the strap is 14 inches long (36 cm).

Available in a choice of black or brown leather.

Breaking in a new TWH colt & I ride a Buena Vista Plantation saddle. This strap is perfect to grab during his missteps & his little attitude sessions. Wish I'd had it years ago. Recommend this strap for those riders that need a bit more security while riding outside the horned western saddle.
