i bought this item on nov 14 arrived on 17 th i had it installed by licenced electrician the unit worked for a few mos then quit wouldnt turn on i had electrician recheck the unit was dead i tried to call but of course no phone support i mailed them they wanted pictures etc i mmediately complied but it took two weeks to get the packing slip to return and the new unit came alomst a week later i explained that for mission critical items like this an immediate response is required therefore this company is not worthy of our business do not support a company with dismal customer service

The price was very reasonable and half what others are charging. Good looking, powerful unit, easy to install and inexpensive to install. Works great.

I originally purchased a less expensive model from the same company and had a few issues. I upgraded to this one for only a little more money and it was the perfect charger for my Tesla with a lfp battery.It will charge quickly and unlike cheaper chargers, this one will keep shore power running so if you warm up your car, it pulls from the charger instead of your battery.The temperature has been below freezing here, so I warm up the car every morning. The battery is full and warmed up and my car is defrosted and toasty.I will probably upgrade to a 60 amp line so I can get that little bit faster charge, but for now using the 14-50 plug gives me great speed until I get the system hardwired.I had a different Lectron model previously and needed tech support. Their support was quick to respond and followed up until my issue was resolved. Great company and a great charger.

Product seemed very well built. Returned it due to possible defective unit per my electrician during initial install. Went with something else.

Easy setup. Works great.The downside is the 16ft cable. Most other brands are 25ftAt 40 amps it charges my EV in under 5 hours. Great for overnight charging.

The Lectron charger may be the most versatile Tesla charger on Amazon, you have complete control of charging rates, the quality and "heft" of the charger is apparent when you open the double-walled thick cardboard box!This charger includes EVERYTHING you need to install it in just about any way you need to. You can do direct-wire or plug-in (includes the plug) all the brackets, cables, bolts, and most important the comprehensive instructions! You could hand this box to your installer and be assured that they will finish the job without having to come back 5 times to ask you to pay for "this adapter" or "that part" - it's ALL in the box!This package even includes the cable hook and holder for the NACS (Tesla) connector! So many other chargers don't include this!The NACS (Tesla) connector has the charger port opener button just like on the SuperChargers...everything feels and operates as a first-rate top-tier product (that it is!)!No WiFi, no screens, no subscriptions, no "app" that you don't need...this is "easy like Sunday morning..." it's actually more "Tesla" than the Tesla charger!
