I bought this 3rd brake light and it works great. The light is responsive and bright. The smoked black color does not interfere with the brightness at all. My only critique is that I had to use a dremel to shave down one of the sides (not the light) so that it fits inside the light compartment. If you have a dremel and don’t mind a couple minutes of work- I would recommend this product.

It didn't fit so I gently moved the two little wires ,I filed the white plastic a little. Bent wires back in place. It fits now works looks good.
