ordered the first set and the light didn’t turn on, talked with the seller and they sent another set this one worked only after doing almost all the wiring again because how it comes has so many issues that i had to fix

Worked for only a few minutes after installation, something shorted out and there is no fuse in the kit.

Excellent light bar for the price. It is super easy to install, and the light is quite bright. I installed them on my kids' 05 and 06 KLX110.It gives me peace of mind that my children can be seen from a distance, even riding during the day.Total

I put this on a 2004 KLX110 pit bike. I did not like where the instructions wanted me to install the rectifier. Lucky for me, I had already replaced air filter with the reverse one (yes, the expensive one). To do that, I had to push the spark plug ignition coil back from the front (left side has multiple screw holes).This allowed me to take the rectifier mount apart, reverse it and mount it to left side frame tucked under fuel tank.Everything else lined up nice, zip tied and works great! No battery, all off stator.FYI, stator is pushign out 7.5 amps at cruisng RPM. The light bar only needs 5. I put on some little LED light strips that only needed 0.3 amps. Just had to tap into the DC power off the rectifier! Works great!
