There is missing adapter pieces that should have been included , the product does not work properly the lights are super bright on the first strip then become very dull. If they all had the brightness of the first strip it would look great but it gets dimmer on each one. I’m very disappointed with this product. The company also states that they have great customer support and want all customers to be happy but I found no way to get in contact with them to resolve this issue.

This is the second set I have purchased and the second set had a defective set and I had already installed one string so returning to Amazon was not possible. I emailed the company and they replaced the set. These are in my opinion the best and the company made it right. 👍
