This is a great log. You can write where you fished at, what you caught, what the weather was like. It's just a really well-thought-out log book. It's a great gift for the fisherman in your life. Great price.

I love this fishing logbook: most people who like to fish are absolutely obsessive about the details of which lure worked, which didn't, which spot in the river was the best one, what time of year is best for a specific body of water. I don't see how anyone can keep all those details in their head, especially as they get older, so this journal is a great way to keep track. They definitely have thought of everything in designing this. It's compact, it's chock full of prompts in the way they organize it, and it would make an absolutely stellar gift for anyone in your life who likes to fish. It does look very expensive. Whether a person uses it or not seems beside the point to me. The point is that you take their love for fishing seriously and you gave them this logbook to prove it. Highly recommended.

I am so impressed with the thoroughness of this record journal. My husband loves to fish, but often forgets details he intends on remembering for "next time." This book takes the frustration out of imperfect memory recall. Easy to navigate and use, this journal is an invaluable asset to any fisher person's arsenal of tools. The thoughtful touches, bookmarks, a pen holder, elastic to keep the book closed, and an attached pocket on the inside back cover, make this a superb tool and gift. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this as the PERFECT gift for the fisher person who seems to have everything.

Beautiful deep green leatherbound cover! It's a high quality book with lots of cool features on the inside. It's set up more for big fishing trips than daily fishing logs at your local fishing hole. Overall, great find for the fisherman in your life!
