Installation Steps--NOT: Please kindly note that the install tools(Such as hand drill,hanmmer,balance reler,phillips screwdriver,etc) are NOT included in the package, you need to prepare by yourself.

Splice aluminum base according to your requirements.
You can use one section separately or connect sections 1-3 according to your needs.
Step 2
Located one the wall for drilling.
Step 3
Drill holes where you have marked them.
Step 4
Srew to the anchor
Step 5
Tighten the screw and install the plate into the wall.
Step 6
Install the hanger.
After inserting the hangers to the plate slot and hang on your guiatrs to the hangers,you can loosen the knob of the hanger to adjust the angle and positio you want,

The weight limit on this hanger seems to be between 7 and 8 pounds. That’s unimaginable when the average Electric Guitar weighs 8 pounds. Mine broke as soon as the hanger rod took the weight off the guitar and I caught it with no damage. If it had failed after I had moved away it likely would have been catastrophic to the guitar. You can see the rod was not properly sanded and cleaned before the weld. Only one small spot on the rod arm took the weld, a dot the size of a BB. I’m sending the second one I ordered back. I have not received yet. The first three Guitars hung did not fall so I ordered another that I will not install. I do not trust it.

I think the mount itself is very sturdy and works well for holding multiple guitars. The spacing between does make it tough to find studs and I ultimately ended up adding more holes than needed. Plus, the included wall mount screws are terrible and I would strongly advise anyone not to use the included drywall/anchor screws.

Can’t complain with the product you’re getting for the price. The only thing I noticed was that a few of the hangers were slightly a bit different under weight pressure. They seemed to bend easier. Most likely just the construction of the joints for the hangers to be able to move. Either way, still works great and is a great value. Also as a side note, I ended up mounting into a wood 1x6 instead of using the drywall anchors that came with the rack. But that was just a preference I chose for reassurance.

Currently using this rack to hold up my violin, ukulele, small scale acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and full size acoustic. This thing has no problem holding up all of those instruments (and probably even more if I had more hooks). I trust that this will hold up for a long time. My only concern was the anchors. After reading the other reviews and feeling the material of the anchors (they are very thin and flexible) I opted to use my own. It’s nothing you can’t get at a hardware store for cheap though so I really can’t complain. Overall, I’m very very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it :)

Pros- we had it installed in less than 30 minutesEach of the guitar holders can easily slide across the track so you can choose where to place them and only have what you need for the qty of guitars.The arms are also on a swival so you can position how you like.It is great construction. We have had ours on the wall for 2 yrs now. Before it was above a couch with kids bouncing accidentally knocking into the guitars but never got knocked off.It now resides above an aquarium and do not have any worries about any of them falling.We plan to purchase another rack when he have nore free wall space.

Amazing quality and value and super cheap on deal. There's nothing I don't like about this setup and it's much easier to work with AND takes up far less space than 2 floor racks. A++

Bought this for my son, it’s a great rack but as other people said anchors are junk. It holds 5 basses just fine and fully adjustable.

OK, as headline reads, don't even plan on using the anchors it comes with. Other reviews say the same, and we aren't kidding! Don't even drill holes in the wall to try to use them. Before you begin, get yourself some good heavy duty ones, then go for it.Assembly and mounting is quite easy and straightforward, and it seems pretty solid when it's mounted. It looks good on the wall, but some of the nuts to lock mounting forks into position are stiff, as are some of the thumbscrews to that hold the mounting rods at your chosen angle. This adds to a "cheap" kind of feel overall, but as I said, the final results are functional and solid, and it is pretty good looking.In the end, I subtracted a star for the mounting anchors and the sticky nuts and thumbscrews, but you gotta consider with the coupon, mine came to $87.99, and that is over FIFTY BUCKS less than the competitor. I haven't tried the competitors rack, so can't speak to whether or not it is better, but this one is perfectly fine in spite of it's quirks, looks good, functions as it should and is quite a lot less money. With proper anchors, I would trust it to hold any of my guitars from light acoustic parlor to heavier solid body Les Paul types.
