I ordered 3 pairs couple weeks before our ski vacation. After unpacking the ski poles and try on, I found out one of the 6 hand straps is way too small, it seems for children or just defective. I contact the Leki customer service, and they are in Canada and told me to contact Leki USA directly. There is no help from Leki. The only option is to return the ski. The worst part is after returning it, I check the refund status after about 3 weeks, and I was provided another return label to return again. The don't provide good customer service, neither they process your refund at all.

Vorsicht mit den Längen, vorher erkundigen, denn die Rücksendung wird teuer! Musste pro Paket 39€ löhnen von Österreich nach Deutschland! Die Pakete hatten nicht einmal 1kg, aber aufgrund der Länge über einen Meter fallen sie unter Sperrgut! Da es jedoch mein Fehler war musste ich dies in Kauf nehmen und kann mit der nächsten Mauer reden... Habe jedoch die richtigen Längen neu bestellt und bin höchst zufrieden, hatte vorher schon Stöcke von Leki mit Trigger S und war auch vorher schon zufrieden!

Avevo visto queste bacchette da un mio amico ora che sono mie sono davvero strepitose un buon prodotto…di ottima fattura il sistema di sgancio è molto comodo e facile da utilizzare
