The item is fine but it was not packaged. It arrived in the box it comes in from manufacturer. It suffered damage at two of the corners which was disappointing because this is the type of item I will keep in its box 11 moths out of year. Also it was a gift for my spouse and he was outside when it arrived so the driver handed it to him. Which would have been fine if it had come in a box. I was bummed that I didn’t get to watch him open his gift. It’s so unusual to get something that way but usually they warn you even if you don’t tell them it’s a gift.( which I didn’t)
