The first one we received had a few broken parts on it, so we returned it. The second one arrived and it worked great no broken parts. My only complaint is the elevator, when it drops it makes a loud noise, over and over again. It gets annoying. Other than that it's very cute with the little ghosts moving about.

Actually the product works fine and has a very halloween look to it. However, three of the six small Pilars at the top of the building were broken off.

These things are cool but super fragile. They aren’t packed well enough for shipping so mine was busted but I opened it up and managed to repair the mechanisms.The manufacturer would have to pack these in a softer material
