I use this as my Disneyland Haunted Mansion on a layout I have in my home office depicting my renditions of the Lands. This building is top quality in design, construction, and details. The ghosts, in the windows, are a great touch simulating movement. I use the Lemax AC adapter, which keeps the ghosts active.

Spooky Town house has subtle design details, appealing color scheme. The little yellow light over the front door and off the left side of the house evokes a feeling of home and comfort. I installed 3 AA batteriesall "in the same direction"worked immediately.. A 4.5 battery adapter has been ordered to save on batteriesand should be here Friday 12/29/23.The shadow figures in the windows make the house look very festive.I am very happy with this purchase.
