I assumed it would come with batteries, since it lights up. It requires a 4.5 volt AC adapter. So be warned.

This item was previously damaged with a sloppy attempt to repair it. The item was put in a damaged box retaped and shipped anyway. Amazon said contact Lemax who said it's Amazon's problem. Amazon finally agreed to refund my money after I take the item too the USP Store. My time is valuable too and jumping through unnecessary hoops is not part of it. This was an intentional attempt to defraud the consumer and I don't appreciate it.

Was shocked when it arrived. It is about 75% smaller than all the other buildings. I was very disappointed. Since it cost as much as the other buildings. I’ll find a place for it but not happy.
