My computer died. I have a small desk I put it on so I like an all in one. The old computer was an acer and I loved it. But it only lasted a couple of years. Where my husband used to work they always purchased Lenova. So I thought I would give it a try. Since this one was on sale I thought why not. I am very pleased with my purchase. It was easy to set up (I am 65 years old) and is very quiet. It is fast enough for what I use it for. All in All I am very pleased.

I used my own Logitech mouse to replace the included junk wired mouse. The key board is a joke, moves all over in use, wont stay put, really flimsy. Still trying to load my AOL search engine, will report back on this. The screen clarity is second rate. Still working on this.

The computer works well. But, I can not figure out why the keyboard language switch does not work like my experience with other computers which I used before. In the lower right corner, it shows the language switch is ready. But when you click it, it says NOT AVAILABLE.

Product not great . You need a protection plan because the warranty does not match up !Hoping for a replacement soon. Asurion is helping me with this problem.FOLLOW UP! No satisfaction from either Asurion or Computer company. I guess the keyboard isn't part of the computer?? So, not covered by warranty, no keyboard that works I guess I'm out the price of the computer and 2 years of a warranty that covers nothing. Thank's a lot for helping me waste my money! All I'm asking for is a replacement keyboard! Customer relations? Both companies lack BIG TIME !
