If you walk with your tripod on your shoulder you will be grateful you have this. When I bought a 2nd tripod I made sure I got another set for that one as well. Yes, I could have just switched between the two instead of getting another set, but the Velcro is very strong and not something I want to hassle with changing it out in the field .

There are numerous Legcoat imitators out there, but these are the real ones. They protect the legs well and provide enough padding for carrying over the shoulder. Be sure to order the right size, both in diameter and length.
