LegCoat Wraps are made from soft neoprene are designed to wrap around the upper leg of your tripod and are easily affixed with a Velcro closure. The Wraps backing is designed to tightly grip to your tripod legs so they will not slide. The LegCoat Wraps act as a thermal barrier making the tripod more comfortable to handle in hot or cold conditions. The spongy soft neoprene acts as a cushion when carrying the tripod against your body without the bulk of the traditional LegCoat with extra foam padding. The Wraps also protect your tripod from nicks and scrapes and the camouflage patterns help break up it shape. LegCoat Wrap 514 is designed for Gitzo series 4 and 5 tripods and tripods with leg diameters from 1.45"- 1.7" (37mm-43.2mm) and are 14.75" (37.47cm) in length. LegCoat Wraps come in a set of 3 and are available in Black, Red, Yellow, Forest Green Camo, Digital Camo, Realtree Max4 HD, and Realtree AP Snow.

I am using those to avoid touching the cold tripod leg tubes during winter and they make a big difference. They also protect the tripod leg tubes very nicely!

Not cheap but worth every penny. They are kind of rubbery inside so they stay in place. Perfect fit for my thick legs.

These LensCoat Wraps fit the Really Right Stuff TVC-34L just fine. A nice addition to help protect the legs and make it easier for carrying and using the tripod. Glad I got them.

The perfect compliment to my new tripod. My old one came with a similar wrap already attached, but the new one didn't so I am glad to have found these. Fit my RRS tripod perfectly and will keep my hands from freezing in the winter.

Excellent produit qui protège mon trépied et surtout, permet de le manipuler sans se geler les mains l'hivers ou sans se brûler l'été. Ils sont installés sur un trépied Leofoto N404 C, un équivalent du gitzo systematic 5, long, à 4 sections. L'installation s'est faite facilement comme si le tout avait été sur mesure. J'ai plusieurs produits lenscoat et je n'ai jamais été déçu, la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. Well done Lenscoat, bravo!

These tripod leg wraps are high quality and installed easily. A word of caution: They are offered in different sizes depending on the diameter of the upper tripod tubes you have, and the length that would be appropriate. To get mine to fit I ordered the size I knew would wrap around the legs, which they did, but to eliminate an excessive flap of Velcro after fastening, I added a 3/4" wide strip of 3/8" dense foam under each leg wrap where they rest on my shoulder. That took up enough space so that now there is no annoying flap.
