We love beer can chicken in this house, it's always so moist and full of flavor. Our old beer can holder has started to wear and the green outside has rubbed off, which kind of worries me when it comes to using it to cook our food. These holders are really sturdy and I'm not worried about any color rubbing off of them. I also love that there's a pan to catch any juices and have less mess transporting from the smoker. I'm excited to have two of them so we can share the goodness with our guests.
