I bought this back in Oct of 2018 and right now it is Feb of 2022. This lasted me for a total of 3 years before it finally busted on me, so I guess it was about time to write a review.Overall, I really enjoyed this product. It felt nice on my wrist despite sometimes during long sessions it settling and I would have to adjust it. It also stayed where I wanted it to and worked as intended for the most part. It even lasted me a long time. I'm not pretty hard on my stuff and not really sure what you could do to your wrist rest that would be pretty taxing on it. After three years mine ended up breaking and... I'm not getting another one.Again, I really enjoyed it while using it and it lasted me a long time, but if this thing breaks...IT IS NOT FUN. I was actually in the middle of a game when it apparently busted and started to feel sticking when I was resting my hand on my keyboard rest. This gel got everywhere; on my clothes, on my keyboard rest, on my desk. I cleaned up and even after I cleaned up I was still finding more spots I missed. This process was not fun at all.In general, if this is cheaper than a memory foam one or if I was using this for temporary purposes I think it would be fine. Just... I never want one to break on me again.

My mother some months back purchased some tray tables. She needed something a little bigger so that she could have more space to put her work books on and office related equipment while working for home. One of these tables is reserved for me when I visit and I bring my laptop. I like to neatly pile items on table so that I can have everything at my disposal. Pen, pad, mouse, mousepad, eyeglasses, glasses cleaner, phone, eyedrops, flash drive, Anker cube, headphones, JBL Go2 mini speaker, Samsung tablet and case, ASUS laptop, laptop case, laptop adapter, Switch, game case, controller, dock, cords and cartridge case. Quite a bit of stuff on this table but it's all pretty organized. A set up that make it easy for me to just access something while resting in the other bedroom. I still have enough room to write. Just a small crazy fun set up. However I needed something else, a wrist pad.I choose this particular wrist pad because it was perfect for what I needed. I wanted a small wrist pad to go along with the mini mouse within this set up. Having my wrist not fully supported caused my hand over time to ache. It's a nice little pad. Very compact and lightweight. Perfect for a tight set up or for travelling. Just toss it in your accessory bag and go. When you need it just pull it out and give your wrist a rest. The gel cushion is soft and gives some decent support. It's slightly softer than my gel mouse pad I use at home. So far I have not had any aching or cramping. The price wasn't too much for what it is.Please note that this arm wrest is very small. Something a child would use. It's practically something you'd find in a novelty stationary store. However an adult might find some use out of it. I'm enjoying mine.

I had started developing a sore at the bottom of my hand, that bone that is right above the wrist. It looked like it was developing a bruise or worse. Saw a PT and she said to try a vertical mouse. Those looked too strange. A co-worker had a really good mousepad with a gel-wrist rest. I could not find that one. The same brand had similar, but it was not really easy to use and the wrist rest was too hard. Another co-worker had the 'beanbag' style which is available on Amazon. It was nice, but too tall. So I started over with this one. Part of the problem is that I really don't like a mouse pad, but the texture on our new desks does not work with a mouse. This wrist rest works great! I discovered that part of the problem with the other mousepad with the built in wrist rest is that it limited movement. I actually seem to use this wrist rest at an angle to the mousepad. Hooray! Problem solved. The bruising on my hand has gone away. I picked the purple which is really a neon lavender, but I like it. So simple, but works so well. It does not slide unless you want it to. The 'dent' in the middle is the perfect height for me. Very comfortable.

Fantastic solution!! I started feeling twinges of carpal tunnel: numbness, weakness, tingling in my thumb and first two fingers. After a little sleuthing, I found it was the angle of my hands on my laptop when I was doing a lot of keyboard entry. I tried splinting, and while that alleviated all the symptoms, it was uncomfortable and annoying, particularly since it immobilized my thumb. I discovered this, and the price was right, so I figured I'd give it a try. No carpal tunnel symptoms for the six months I've been using it. Its simplicity makes it ingenious: it simply sits on your laptop. No sticking it down with some kind of weird adhesive, yet on its own, it doesn't slip around. I only use one, for the one hand that is affected. It is holding up well, even as I abuse it because I put a lot of pressure on it. And I am tickled with the pink color. The image on your screen is accurate in color. I am absolutely thrilled with the results!!
