ACUFLOOR Leveling Spacers Wedges
A major reason our Leveling Spacers are taking over the flooring world as the leader in innovation and efficiency is because of our patented Window Wedges.
Unlike other leveling tile wedge spacers, our Window Wedges allow the Leveling Spacers to be placed in the corners of the tile installation and still be able to see the intersection alignment. This ensures perfect alignment where other wedge spacers fall short.
Also, our Window Wedges are versatile. The same Window Wedges that are used with Leveling Spacers Pro and Leveling Spacers Select are also used with our NEW Leveling Spacers XL.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT REQUIRES THE LEVELING SPACERS SELECT, PRO, OR XL LINE OF SPACERS (SOLD SEPARATELY).
- THE LEVELING SPACERS PLIERS (SOLD SEPARATELY) ARE RECOMMENDED FOR LARGER JOBS.
- LEVELING SPACERS SELECT XL MAY REQUIRE TWO WEDGES IF USED WITH SMALLER THICKNESS STONE OR PAVERS.
- THE 500-PACK OF LEVELING SPACERS WEDGES INCLUDES A 3.5 GALLON BUCKET
Installation Instructions
Step 1
- Insert Leveling Spacers clips into the tile bottom
- Tile around the Leveling Spacers clips and adjust tiles as needed
Note: The patented I-I shaped base allows for direct contact between the tile, thinset, and sub-floor, ensuring a strong bond. This allows the product to be placed directly in corners without compromising the integrity of the installation.
Step 2
- Insert and secure Leveling Spacers Wedge (SOLD SEPARATELY) into Leveling Spacers clip, bringing the tiles to level and ensuring no lippage
- Leave in place until mortar fully dries. We recommend a 24 hour wait window.
Note: For larger jobs, the Leveling Spacers Pliers (SOLD SEPARATELY) are recommended to ensure consistency and increase efficiency.
Step 3
- Break top piece of the Leveling Spacers clips using a mallet or kicking them away. You will be left with a clean grout line every time.
- Both pieces that break away are fully reusable so be sure to keep them!

We used these wedges with the Acufloor spacers to intall the tile throughout our new home. It was easy, and the results were perfect.

The widow wedge was expensive and no better than cheaper brand. Do not buy. It will drive up cost. Weave pattern and 12x24 tile. Had to use another cheaper brand with the hundred wedges and 300 spacers I pitched from Acufloor needed much more than 1 per on an offset per directions. Try the cheaper brand side by side like it I. It’s a shocker. If I ordered all Acufloor levelers, my price for 200 sq ft floor would have increased a hundred bucks or more. Cheaper brand did well. Sorry I’m being honest
