I was skeptical based on the reviews I read prior to purchasing the chirping bird. My cat loves this toy. I had a black lab for 13 years who didn’t retrieve much during his life. My 3 year old cat retrieves the bird, walks around the house. She brings the bird to me to throw so she can retrieve and bring it back. So far after 3 weeks, bird still makes noise and my cat lives it.

This is a favorite toy with my cats and dogs; have had to order 3 sets! The chirping gets set off by slight movement and keeps the pets entertained.

Seems a bit expensive, but well worth the $$! Your cat will immediately become obsessed with this toy! Good healthy play time for kitty! And they last for a good long time. Even with rough play from kitty. Perfect chirping noise lasts also. I am a repeat purchaser.

I am very happy with this product, my cat loves these birds and they sure keep her amused and busy. Great way for her to get some exercise and she loves to play and keeps herself amused. I am very pleased with this product and I think anyone with a cat and has to leave them during the day to work would be very wise to purchase this product to help amuse their pet and keep them out of mischief!

Nice coloring and good quality toy, but the chirping noises are pretty quiet and don't catch our cats' attention unless their near them. I have bought others like this cheaper at PetSmart that are loud enough.

i’ve got two cats- been looking for electric self play toys since i’m working longer shifts. had it for like two weeks and my most playful cat is still scared of it when it activates. the other just likes to stare at it. it’s sometimes moved so i know they interact with it to some degree but don’t think this was all that worth it. if you’ve got a really ferocious cat or kitten they might like it but my 7 +2 year old don’t care for it too much. decent quality and build but not good value for me personally.

OK, so I chose this toy for a feral cat. The birds come three per box and anre electronic. There’s a little plastic tab that you pull out from the toy that will activate the noisemaker inside. If you touch the toy, it will chirp! It’s motion activated when it’s touched or moved. It is awesome!! My feral cat just loves playing with it.😄 so I put one out for the cat for now and when it stops working, I’ll add another to the play toys. I don’t know how long the battery inside will last before it fizzles out. But I guess we’ll find out eventually lol. I do recommend this toy
