While the reverse switch works great the3 speed does nothing. Its the same speed regardless of setting. The factory plugs were a perfect fit on the controller so it's not a connection issue.

The product is fine works fine has small damage to it but it’s ups at fault not the manufacturer, the company delivering literally throws the package at my door
