The pipette arrived completely broken. I’m sure it would have been an OK product but very disappointed that it was shattered on the way.

Works great when you have the bulb for it! Lol. No instructions absolutely NO HELP choosing a bulb. The pipette said color coded black so I took a chance and bought the only black bulb I saw....a 3 way valve system. It works!!!Most people buying this probably know what bulb to buy AND how to use the valves A, S, and E. However this was my first time and thanks to a YouTube video I was able to piece it all together.
