LIBRATON 3IN1 TUBING BENDER TOOL & MINI TUBE CUTTER & DEBURRING TOOL SET
This quality tube bender is made from heavy-duty aluminum alloy die-casting for extra strength and durability.
This 3-in-1 manual tubing bending tool is for 3/8", 5/16", and 1/4" ( 6, 8, 10 mm) O.D. of soft metal pipes.
This tubing bender is a versatile tool that can efficiently bend soft copper, brass, aluminum, and thin stainless steel pipes in air conditioner installation, vehicle repair, and plumbing jobs.
The 0 - 180 degrees tube bending tool includes a set of reference markings at 0, 45, 90, 135, and 180 degrees on the handle, ensuring that you make a precise and clean bend every time.
The mini tube cutter included is carefully designed and suitable for use in narrow spaces. The cutting range is between 1/8 inch to 7/8 inch (3-22mm) and can be used on cutting pipes made of aluminum, copper, and steel.
The deburring tool included is fast, efficient, and economical, and can perform precise and smooth manual deburring of various edges.
Attention Please:
1. The tube could be distorted if the wall thickness is too thick
2. Before bending the tube, be sure to adjust the tube hook to the corresponding position!

Leider sind von ( 10mm Alu ) 6 Rohren 2 beim biegen gerissen.Kann aber nicht sagen wo jetzt der Fehler liegt.Das gerät macht ,soweit einen Stabilen Eindruck.

Needed for reduced radius bends. Works well. Must! must! anchor well in a vise!! Experiment and practice on a piece of scrap tubing for marking of your bend and accurately placing in the bender. I was bending 3/8” aluminum/.035 wall tubing. Thinner wall tubing does not react well.

Product was used to form a new outlet pipe for my compressor. After several attempts, I succeeded. In the handle there are 3 holes for determining actual pipe size. All 3 were smaller than noted which proved to be irrelevant.

This was just what I needed to bend new steel fuel line for my 64 corvette. I gave it three stars for ease of use because there were no instructions included for offset when making bends. Offset the amount in inches you need to add or subtract to get the finished 90* bend at the proper finish point. I learned thru practice on scrap tubing for 3/8 steel I need to subtract 2" from the desired length (positioning the bender).

Bought this to bend a a decorative Oil Rubbed Bronze pipe to connect a water closet to source on the wall. The source was a about 8” from the connection on the toilet so I had to put a couple 90 degree bends in. Since it had a finish on the tubing I wasn’t sure how well this would work without damaging the finish. But I took the chance and wrapped the tubing with some painters tape before proceeding to bend it.The bends came out perfect with no damage to the finish at all. The angle references on the bender made it ease to ensure I was getting the proper angles. Great little tool at a very reasonable price!
