We purchased this printer to do a Photo Booth at my daughter’s birthday party, it was a hit. Not only did we have the memories in our phones but likewise were able to print out the memories for her friends and parents. The printer itself is one of the best in the market for its price point. There are certainly better / faster printers in the market that both print faster and are less wasteful but they’ll cost you $500+.Overall, I recommend this product but it’s slightly inconvenient. It has very good quality, however, printing seems to take minutes and you have to purchase their specific ink / paper bundles which is around $0.55 per photo. After 40 pictures you need to change out the ink and paper (of using the starter set you need to change it after 20).Setup is a bit challenging, assembly itself was the cause for our concern. It originally felt like we might break the paper holder when attempting to open it. Once assembly was done, you download their app, connect to the machine via Bluetooth and setup a private Wi-Fi network. After the setup it’s a breeze to use and you can have multiple people print to it.

I've got nothing but praise for this printer. I didn't expect much considering the price, but it's amazing and polished in ways I was truly not expecting:- The print quality is actually fantastic (and the innovative printing tech they use is actually super fun to watch, seeing the photo run back & forth through the system 5x, applying new rounds of color each time)- The printer itself is sturdy and incredibly well constructed. In my experience, most home-grade printers are sort of cheap and flimsy, especially when it comes to accessories like paper trays or ink cartridges - the Liene printer is the polar opposite. The tray & cartridge snap right in without a bunch of give and don't wobble all over the place. Plus it looks great, too.- I was expecting to have to plug my phone or computer into it, or to have to transfer pictures from an SD card, so I was glad that it has direct connection to devices through WiFi (which isn't groundbreaking considering that's the standard nowadays), BUT it goes beyond that with the fact that 5 devices can connect to the printer simultaneously, as well as the fact that it has its own app to use as the printing interface!- Things having their own mobile app to allow for an easier interface from your phone can be a double edged sword, yes it's convenient but many of them are very poorly made or completely unintuitive/hard to use. I don't know why I was shocked given how well built the printer is, but the app is no exception. Not only does it provide a clear and easy to use set of menus to manage your printer, but it also has brilliant photo editing controls so that you can touch up each of your prints before they go out.If you want to get a small photo printer and are fine with being limited to 4x6" prints, do yourself a favor and buy this thing. You won't find anything better for anything near this price!

I brought this on a family vacation and the entire family was fixated on watching it print. The prints are crystal clear, professional quality and absolutely gorgeous. The battery doesn’t hold charge when left on a shelf, so make sure you charge it before traveling. MUCH better than Canon’s version of the same printer and Liene has fantastic support without dozens of little microtransactions along the way like Canon does. Also, Liene won’t discontinue or disable parts of your printer to force you to buy a new one.
