I have suffered from pain in my hips, lower and upper back since I was involved in a car accident in 2005.I do have rods in my back which has caused my body to stiffen up over time. I am 50 years old, and not as active as I used to be due to the constant pain. I have only had this platform for a short period of time and have used it daily.Already I am feeling a huge difference in my flexibility, but mostly the pain is subsiding.I'm 5'11, 165 lbs, so I'm not necessarily out of shape, but running is out of the question, and walking even hurt because of my hips and lower back pain.Since using this, my hips are looser, and my back doesn't feel like a stiff board any longer. I even have noticed a big difference in my neck and the tension I have always had. This has replaced the chiropractor visits, which were costly. I am able to stand straight, and walk without a limp, which I know I had because my hips were constantly out of alignment. I'm also sleeping well, instead of tossing and turning from discomfort.I have noticed toning in my legs and abs as well, which is a great benefit.I am so happy and thrilled that I decided to purchase the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate.In the short time I have used it, I've felt dramatic results! I'm looking forward to see my results in the next few months.

This product is nicer than I expected. It is easy to use for beginners. I love it has three different speeds and three different places to place your feet for different results. It is a good size to feel comfortable on the machine. The company was great at answering my questions before and after the purchase and they respond quickly.

I enjoy using this after a workout because it helps me relax and shake off the body. On the other hand, I feel it working the muscles in my feet and ankles for stability.

quite heavy to move about so I have it plugged into the corner of my bedroom and just slide it forward when I want to use it. This model has 10x10mins pre-set programmes as well as allowing you freedom of selecting your own routine. Just standing on it can give you a stitch in side. I use the board daily for 10 minutes in the morning and it sets me up for a day. Can't comment on weight loss as that was never my goal but I definitely noticed that my legs are more toned with daily use.

This is the best value for your money. I purchased the Lifepro HOVERT prior to this and returned it promptly. The LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is much stronger and yield the best results for my family's medical needs. We use this for all over circulation and to help relieve Lymphedema issues. This helps each one of us. It is powerful and adjusts well for those who need to start with lower vibration levels.

The machine does vibrate, so place it on a rug. Great machine. First time I used it I was trying all kinds of Exercises from the website and YouTube. I think I used it for an hour. Next day I was a little sore. I guess the little machine is a little more effective than I thought. Although it could be, I don’t exercise like I should. For me the machine is fun, easy, helps my lymphatic system and I hope my osteoporosis. I’ll know if it has helped that with my next test. So far great machine.Dee
