Mine started leaking in less than a month. Then I had to tighten the seal with a wrench.Otherwise it's great.

Worth the value. I love the large spout, fills cups fast. Very convenient and durable for my big family. I like the fact that it does not take long to fill the reservoir and most importantly impressed with the water quality and taste.

Water tastes great! Love that more impurities are taken out by this filter. Very happy with purchase! And if the spout begins to leak, just empty and tighten the nut on the inside of the container for the spout. Not a big deal and has only happened once for us. Worth the healthy hydration and cooking rice/oatmeal etc w too!

I really like Lifestraw - that said, the box came in poor condition (not the delivery). The filter box came inside a normal Amazon box, but it was open…everything had been thrashed around. The rope of the filer is scratched up but function was unimpaired.

This was my first shot at a LifeStraw water filter.The spout was an atrocious design that leaked all over my fridge and only worked with cups and NOT water bottles (due to the wide flow and design of the spigot). So if you’re trying to use this product to avoid wasting plastic bottles, make sure you purchase a funnel separately!To avoid the leaking and atrocious spout, I returned this item and purchased the LifeStraw glass pitcher instead.I followed the setup instructions to a “T”. I Had to wait overnight and all day just to complete the initial 2 cycles of filtering water through the filters. The video taken is what it’s like trying to filter for the 3rd time (painfully slow).Also mind you, 1 cycle of filtering water only provides you with approximately 2-1/2 cups of water!…. At this rate it would take 3x 12 hour days to fully fill the pitcher. YIKES!Needless to say, both LifeStraw product were returned! I will not touch another LifeStraw product with a 10 foot pole.
