Installed today and the basics seem fine. The app is a little buggy with the camera feed working like 50% of the time. The basic functions like open and close seem to work fine and it is super quiet.If the camera were to work, it requires a paid subscription after 30 days. Plans range from 20 to 100 bucks a year which is a lot when this system doesn’t work with ring/simply safe or any of the others.Buy this for the opener, the camera is buggy, expensive and doesn’t really work well.

This opener replaced an older Chamberlain and it is garbage comparatively. Old pad in the garage had a sensor that picked up motion and turned on the light, new one doesn't. Was told the light button started a 5 minute timer and would auto turn off, it doesn't - it's purely on/off. When crossing the sensor eye the lights used to turn on for the opener, new one doesn't. Came with a camera... Which wants a subscription to use.... It's quiet and that's about all I'll give it.

good overall, but didn't realizes it only came with one garage door opener for the car and no keypad for outside the garage door. I assumed the Qlink was in addition not a replacement of. For new buyers- the rail system is different for chain vs belt drivers- if you are switching- buy the one with the rails
