I seldom have reason to leave a 1-star review before but this spoon is not made with any quality whatsoever. The silver finish is cheap and doesn't even extend into the holes of the spoon, and who knows what kind of metal is being exposed by this? The spoon also has sharp edges and burrs; it is uncomfortable to hold in the hand due to the sharp edges and it could damage cookware. I returned it immediately.

This is the great overall cooking utensil.Love it for scrapping the bottom of a stainless steel pot for soup stew mashed potatoes! Just the right size for my 6 quart and 10 quart Cuisinart stainless steel stock pots. And a must have for an instant pot to keep the bottom from getting the burn notice! If you don’t have one, I don’t know how you’re living without it, highly recommended in my personal opinion. Once you use one, I’m sure you’ll feel the same way. Hope everybody gets one. It also works great for scooping out mashed Potatoes. Stirring soups and checking the Progress of cooking. After owning this for a week, you won’t be without using it every time!Hope this helps somebody?

Flat bottom on spoon perfect for stirring pudding and keeping it from sticking to bottom of pot. Pretty nifty spoon

I only purchased one of these because I wanted to see the quality first. It arrived today and I love the length and the quality. It is very sturdy, a good weight, edges are not sharp, and is solidly built. I will be purchasing more of these to have on hand. Great find and would highly recommend!

I never knew I needed this spoon for my kitchen. It makes stirring more efficient and great for seperating solid and liquid food. Dishwasher safe too.

It is a nice quality stainless steel. I wanted it for stirring and it's a perfect size with a good length handle. As you can see from the picture it is slanted up from left to right which works for me as I am right handed. A left handed person might find it less useful.

This jar spoon is exactly what you need for those canned goodies. It fits nicely into the Ball/Kerr jars and the long handle allows you to get all the goodness from the bottom of the jar. It is a solid spoon, not too heavy, nor too light. Lindy's makes a quality product. Great gift for a canner or a baker.
