It was sent by postage stamp so there wasn't really time tracking but definitely won't dock it for that at all. If this happens to you as it did me Amazon delivery status may show that it hasn't been delivered yet even though it has been received so PLEASE let both Amazon and the seller know you received it if you aren't returning it so it can be updated. Believe that may be caused by usage of a postage stamp instead of other delivery type but this company really is worth the money for it's product and don't want to see others take advantage of this as a way to gey money back when the item really has been received and kept. Smaller businesses like these deserve honest buyers so please keep that in mind. Received it today Friday Aug 16th when it wasn't estimated to get here until Monday so got it earlier than expected. The lion patch is exactly as described. No issues with quality as it's done very well. The velcro hooks are VERY strong and they stay on my sons school bag. Tried pulling it off to test the strength quick and needless to say we wont have any worries of it falling off :). My son's extremely happy with it as the lion, motto used, and coloring are pretty close to what his wrestling academy uses so he's happy to have another way to proudly represent them more as he's out and about. Highly recommend this companies patch products, they definitely make a good quality one!
