The item that was delivered to me was a normally closed switch, not normally open as advertised.

The item came with a weathered always closed instead of open like was described. Waited too long to open and install so couldn't return

Switches as it should, but after a few months use, the two tabs that hold it together flexed out allowing the switch to come apart.

The product worked, but I had to slightly modify it by grinding down the provided striker plate so it would fit into the space of the RV door frame. There’s no knock on the product, it was just my application required an adjustment. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a similar item.

This switch is normally closed (meaning power goes through when the door is open), but is listed as normally open. Returning because it doesn’t work with my RV.
