This product has a lot of various ways to use it. I use it two ways in my shop. One is with my Oil Lift Drain and with my engine hoist while working on the engine block using a small oil pan under it.

Works great for doing transmission services on the newer trucks with larger transmission oil pans. Keeps you from having a huge mess on the floor.

As usual with Lisle this a very well made tool, not flimsy at all. This will save you a huge mess under your car when you are dropping your transmission pan. Has handy notches in it to fit a variety of drain pans to keep it centered. I would still recommend adding a drain plug kit to your transmission pan while it is off to make it even easier next time. Price on this seems a tad high but is comparable to other brands.

This thing is super sturdy, the coverage is the best of any drain pan I’ve used, makes doing transmission services that need to drop the pan an absolute breeze with absolutely no chance of spillage unless it falls out fo the oil bucket or gets kicked. I bought the lisle anti splash mat as well and cut to fit it I. The center. Highly recommend this product!

I was looking for a big drain pan like this to collect coolant when replacing water pumps, radiators, etc and this works great, no more messy floors.

Own a Ford F350 Diesel 7.3L? well you need one of these ! I do and this is the best drain pan for any tranny job out there unless your doing a Macke truck! You cant destroy this thing. It truly is the best out there and the biggest for the job suited for the homeowner or small garage guys. I have a lift in my garage and this was one of the best investments I made, other than a Mohawk lift. You wont be disappointed when you drop that pan and don't have fluid all over the floor, but instead al inside the drain pan and down into the holding tank!
