I bought this for my husband and he loves it. Great for fajitas, chicken breasts or anything you need to seer. It is easy to clean. The best part is the warming drawer.

First off the packaging for shipping this griddle is awful. The first griddle arrived with spray paint on the griddle surface itself. The inside of the box had very little packaging or cushioning for the electronic device and what little it had was all bent and dented up from impact during the shipment. I asked for an exchange hoping the second griddle would be better. Again the box arrived with all inside cushioning dented and bent out of shape, what little cushioning there was inside the box. However, the non-stick finish was missing from the edge of the new griddle this time. I am not at all impressed with the griddle manufacturing quality or the packaging they ship this expensive griddle in. Who knows whether it would even function with so little to protect the griddle during shipment? I will never know because of the spray paint on the griddle and the poor finish level on griddle number 2 of this brand and model.

I loved the size of the grill but the connection was exposed so grease would fall in and burned out in like 2 months, I cleaned it after every use but still broke fast, not worth $85

We had our old griddle for years. Some edges never heated up enough so we would move things closer to the middle which shortened up our overall amount off food to cook at once. This new griddle cooks evenly from edge to edge. VERY happy with our new griddle!! Thank you!

Horrible. Purchased for someone’s birthday because they wanted one and this one seemed to be a good one per the reviews. When he opened it and took it out both the sides of the griddle were broken and the pieces that broke off are MISSING from the package which means they sent me an already broken possibly already returned item. Cheaply made plastic griddle that isn’t worth crap; it’s wobbly and completely useless. I’m so angry. What an embarrassment to give to someone for their birthday!! This is ridiculous.
