this product will trip at 200A. but it will only work for less than 40amp . it will melt it will overheat ..don't need to waste time

This is easy to use and is well made. I integrated it into my solar power setup and it works just like it should. The reset is good and fast without being too hard, and the base is quite sturdy.

I use this instead of a fuse from my battery to my bus bars so that I can cut power to my entire solar power system to be able to work on it. Some people use a separate battery disconnect switch but I think this is a better idea because it offers additional protection as well as functioning as a disconnect switch.
