I have been using this sun top all summer and generally like it. The fabric is on the heavy side and can feel a little clammy when I sweat a lot but the holes in the fabric do help it dry out quickly. THis would not be my first choice for very hot days due to the fabric weight but I will get much use on cooler, beach and mountain hiking days. The zippers and hood function well.

Great summer outerwear, with pockets and sun protection.Washable, but hang to (quickly) dry. These are a great value, I got "Loden Green", Quarry, and "Racing Red".All 3 cost less than a single Adidas or Nike sweat down and look better.

Husband loved it. Size was perfect size Med he’s 6’7” 172 pounds. Color was nice a soft gray. It’s exactly what we were looking for to wear on a sunny day. A little pricey.

Love the jacket second time ordering this brand. Perfect for my job and light enough to wear in the heat. Feel protected from the sun and always comfortable.

I have VERY sensitive skin, and this hoodie has been a lifesaver! It's lightweight and cools down quickly once the ambient temperature changes (for example, once AC is blowing on you in the car). It has no obvious defects except the wrinkles that don't seem to fall out of the material (haven't tried washing it yet). But honestly I don't care about the wrinkles.Note on color: I ended up getting the Quarry, but I also tried out the Castlerock color. I noticed the lighter Quarry color was noticeably cooler in the sun, so I recommend staying away from the darker colors (unless color is *really* important to you).Note on fit: I'm 5'6" 120lbs with a fit body. A size small is definitely loose/baggy, but I don't mind. And I like that the hood is plenty big! It actually falls down almost to eye level when wearing the hood, which gives my forehead protection. Once I throw on a KN-95 mask, much of my face is protected! As for the UPF 50 rating, I put it to the test with my UV A/B light meter [1]. While I'm no expert, UPF 50 would seem to imply a 98% reduction in irradiance -- measured in power per unit area. That is, a UPF factor of n means the fraction of the light that passes through is 1/n.I took a reading today (August 6) at 3:30pm pointed in the direction of the sun (4.76 milliwatts/sq-cm) , and then another underneath the sleeve (0.24 milliwatts/sq-cm).This measurement shows a 95% reduction -- still very good and waaaay better than nothing! But not quite 98%. Because the UPF seems closer to 20 than 50 (based on very limited testing, granted), I'm going to withhold a star, but don't let that scare you away! I'd still recommend this hoodie to anyone, and in fact I'm thinking about buying it as a gift for someone special. :)Hope this helps![1] https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DPFK35S/

The jacket is too large, but after consideration I decided to keep it. It’s very well made, lots of pockets, nice and light. Because I have wide shoulders, and like to wear other item under my casual clothes, I usually order men’s jackets. I may order another jacket in large and in another color, just sayin”.
