This Little Giant PT-2436-5PY panel truck has a steel frame, swivel casters, wood ends, and is used for transporting up to 1000 lb. of panels, roll goods, and other irregularly shaped items. It has a powder-coated steel frame for strength and rust resistance and wood ends for protection and stability. Three removable uprights extend 27" above the deck to keep the load in position. The load space between the uprights is 9-1/2". Swivel casters with 5" non-marking polyurethane wheels minimize touch-up cleaning. This cart's deck measures 24 x 36 inches (W x L.) (W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back.) This utility cart is suitable for material handling applications in many environments.

This is my new favorite dolly that stays in my work van, I do event design and I carry multiple things back and forth in residential and commercial venues. This has replaced all 3 of my upright dolly, wagon, and furniture dolly. Great investment and will most likely order a second one

It worked perfectly for me I Moved All My Furnitures with this dolly by myself very helpful and is a strong dolly. They only thing I found unsafe is the the blue bars you can removed them but when you attache them back to the dolly it doesn’t have a safety pins to secure it so You have to be carefully it doesn’t come out when you pulling the dolly up or downgrade. But Great Dolly I’ll give 4 starts for not have the safety pins.

After reading mixed reviews I took a chance on ordering this cart. It seems to me that the problems some users were having with the wheels being scraped against (once the cart was loaded down) has been fixed. There is enough of a gap between the wheel and the nearest metal bar to keep the wheels rolling even when 1,000 lbs are loaded onto it. The wheels are large and smooth-rolling. My only complaint is that the wheels have no brakes on them, so loading the cart can be tricky without someone holding the cart still.

Great little cart! Even sturdier than it looks. I unscrewed the 2x4's (3 screws for each one) and wrapped them with an inexpensive piece of commercial carpet and put them back on, as well as added a standard sheet of 2x2ft plywood (3/4IN) in the center (wrapped with the same carpet), so smaller cut-offs of sheet material wouldn't fall through the center. The piece of plywood fits so perfectly that it doesn't even require to be secured with screws. I honestly didn't expect this to end up becoming one of my best purchases for the shop, but it's a no-brainer when you have to move things around. I have only used it for previously cut sheets of 6x4ft in size, but it should easily hold a couple of 8x4ft sheets without problem.

I have been wanting this cart for a while. Got my tax refund and it was the first thing i wanted to get. I have 2 very heavy art pieces and they were laying on their own flat bed carts. Now that i purchased the Little Giant, i have both art pieces upright on one cart. I also have room on the cart for more pieces. Its great! Im saving space and the Little Giant is so easy to maneuver.

The carts design is marginal and the execution of that design is even worse. There is a metal strap that that is intended to support the three cups that hold the uprights. That strap is way too close to the wheels and could potentially interfere with the wheels rolling. The upper supports have nothing to keep them in place, so they can easily be pulled out dumping your load. Unsafe! WORST of all the cups that hold the upright will easily break off because thy are poorly spot welded on one side only. the workers who assemble these must be paid by piece work - because almost noting is welded securely. Stuff is just tack welded and left as is! Bottom line - if you purchase this then be ready to almost completely re-manufacture it!

I guess this thing was designed to move around moveable office partitions. I'm sure it would work great for that. I bought it for a very different purpose. To mobilize some large, heavy boxed in a warehouse. We have stuff come and go all the time. Lately we have been receiving boxed that are up to 8 feet x 4 feet x 1 foot, and up to 100 pounds. The contents is semi fragile, so dragging them around, or banging them around is not a good idea.This cart went together in a minute or two. I chocked the two rear wheels and started placing the big, long, heavy boxes on it. The cart is rated at 1,000 pounds, and I had maybe 400 pounds on it. The swivel casters worked perfectly. The cart rolls easily. I can move these big, giant, awkward boxes with ease now and get them out the way easily when needed. Now, if somebody will just order this stuff so we can ship it out of here.
