We used this to welcome our newborn, was a tiny bit big for an almost 8lb baby but it’s adorable and could be shrunk in the dryer if needed, we only air dry. Material is soft and cute.

So nice! Fits great. If your baby is at the lowerend of the sizing span, don’t be afraid that it will be too big. The 3 to 6 month size fit my grandson so well. He is 12 lbs and 24 inches long. Adorable!

Now a lot of the other reviews are saying that it's small. It's not small in my opinion. I bought a newborn size in the bears and it's about the same size as other newborn onesies that I have. I have Carter's newborn onesies and I use them to compare other brands and sizes because people claim that Carter's has the exact fit and these are bigger than that for sure. They are very soft but my issue with them is that they're thin. So thin that when I ran a tiny needle through them to sew an appliqué on it caused a hole in a section of it just from removing thread. Another thing I didn't like was that there's a tag on the inside which can make babies fussy. The tag is located close the to crotch snap area at the side. I don't think any baby clothes should have tags.
