09 Sept 2024- I installed this module back in March 2024 to eliminate hyperflash. It eliminated the hyperflash, and flashes slightly faster than stock which is fine. My issue is the last few weeks I've been getting a "turn signal on" message in the DIC, and my right signal indicator in the DIC is slightly lit. When I order another it will not be this one.

Changed out all the lights on my 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 to LED lights and of course had the intermittent hyperflash going on. This module solved that problem. Easy to install as well. Highly recommend.

My 06 suburban 2500 now functions flawlessly with its led bulbs. I tried resistors, and they only worked when the rest of the vehicle lighting was off (turn signals wouldn’t work at all if headlights were on)I installed this light module and removed the resistors, works flawlessly. Note that the signal will blink slightly faster than you’re used to, but along the lines of modern led powered turn signals in new cars.

Like many of us with these older GMs the regular incandescent bulbs overtime start to burn and crack the sockets. I managed to get to them in time and replaced them with LED bulbs by Sylvania to try and minimize the damage. Of course hyper-flashing was the outcome. There are videos on YouTube on how to resolve this using this replacement part. Just like they say, it is very difficult to remove the original from its socket. Figuring that I want planning on needing the old one again, I ended poking a small screwdriver through the side of it and popped it out easy-peasy. Everything works as expected and I do have a trailer connection setup that i think so be okay, but I haven't tested that yet. The lights on the trailer are LED as well. If something changes I will update this post.

This replaced the OEM flasher on my 03 Silverado 1500 so that my aftermarket LED turn signals don't hyper flash and it works very well. I just installed it today so Time will tell on the longevity of this flasher.
