Bought this and it does not work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT. Just recently was able to get it installed and electritian says it is broken and cannot return it as the return window has closed.

This pump lasted about 3 months at which point the circuit board failed. The seller had to check pump before sending it back to the manufacturer. So, it was not a quick process. They were fine to deal with just a disappointing product. Unfortunately their refund warranty only lasts 30 days so was not allowed a refund.

purchased and installed 230V pump, but it stopped working after one month. Plug had to be cut off during the installation in order to hard wire into the well pump control box power source. the manufacturer/seller refused the warranty because the plug was cut off.

I purchased this in November 2023 (5 months) and it is already not working. It gets power but it doesn’t pump anything. Tried priming, replacing tubes and other parts but nothing.

Bought it in Aug of 22. stopped working by Nov /22.I sent a message to the company and they replied asking me if it didn't work at all, just didn't pulsate?Doesn't work at all.I couldn't send the reply message to the company. because the Reply button on the message they sent didn't work.It should have lasted longer for 399.00.
