XOPIYAO lock cylinder core Features:
Made of high-quality zinc alloy material, stable, wear-resistant, not easy to be eroded, longer service life.
This lock cylinder core for car racks system can be installed directly in a few easy steps, which is fast and convenient.
Easy to Install:
1.Dislodge the black plastic plug from the lock housing.
2.Insert the flat-edged control key into the lock cylinder.
3.Use the inserted control key to push the core all the way into the housing. Hold the core with the tip of your thumb and pull out the control key, leaving the cylinder in the housing.
TIP: You may need to rotate the small hole inside the lock housing to align the points on the lock cylinder. On some housings, you must rotate the moving parts on the back of the housing. Refer to the rack or accessory instructions.
4. Lock your product with the key.
Tip: If you want to remove the core, the lock must be in the unlocked position with the control key fully inserted to pull out the core.

So many brands shipped incomplete sets of lock cores. I was getting sick of returns. This set came with all four cores, four keys, and the control key. Super easy to install. Great value.

Very generic locks can probably open with most Tule keys. But ok for the price.

Wanted to go to one key for two Thule Yepp Maxi’s and Thule Apex XT bike rack (has two locks).These dropped in fine, no issues.(Tried the Thule install/removal key but it didn’t fit)

Perfect fit. It takes a bit of experimentation to figure out how to install them. Not rocket science. Some people with room temperature IQs might be stumped. Great buy, 1/8 the cost of the OEM locks.

I have a lot of experience with Thule locks. These work but are not as well engineered as Thule. it took me a while to install them, but I got it done. I would recommend spraying a little WD-40 in the cores to help the pins move back-and forth to allow the core to be installed. They are now installed, but now I can’t get the cores to come out.Someone needs to ask the seller to offer extra keys. They may already do that, but I couldn’t find them.

While these install just fine, it's when you need to fully remove them that the issue could be rather drastic. The control key is supposed to fully release the brass pin that holds the core in place, like it does with Thule branded locks, but these do not. I got it so stuck that my only option was to use a drill and drill bits to remove them. It just isn't worth the savings on these things.

They are useless and don't fit as replacements for Thule as advertised. No my return window is closed and it's $20 lost.
