The two metal Hasps, tags, bag, are the only good things in this kit. The padlocks have a plastic body the locks have quite an up and down movement to them. The marker is also useful, however overall it is not very impressive. Obviously the kit can be used as is, since it just sits there as a warning without having to provide some great function. In my case I will only use a portion of the kit since I do have a good padlock. For the price you get what you get when it comes to quality, it also serves its function and should last quite a while since it is used only as a warning.

So I'll start by clarifying this does for a fact come with three locks there's a few different places and the product specifications where it says two padlocks and other places it says or shows three it does in fact include three loto style, inner groove wafer padlocks.Do not let the fact that they are wafer locks discourage you from this product as these are not your typical wafer locks and in comparison are extremely difficult to get into whereas with a standard wafer lock a little bit of jiggling or raking from even something like a bobby pin generally will open them not these!Everything seems to be built with quality it comes with some of the nicer hasps that I have seen and there's ample room in the storage bag / carrying case to fit everything you need three times over. It comes with zip ties, storage bag, marker, Lotto tags, two metal hasps, one plastic hasp, and 3 Lotto locks with one set / two keys a piece all the keys work and function smoothly for their intended lock none of them work on the other locks as desired, not a bad value if you're in need of a loto kit.

Good quality, good mix of different types of LOTO items, marker quality could be better, but it's easily replaced. Overall, everything you could expect for a small LOTO kit.
