Let me start off by saying that I am a size D cup so it could be bc of that but this binder was completely useless. It’s basically js a bra bc when I was wearing it, u could def tell I had boobs. Sure, it’s comfortable but it doesn’t get the job done. Do not recommend.

The binder is comfortable. But I would definitely get a size smaller than you think you need. I got a large and It's really loose. Also, there are no pads in the binder so your nipps will be poking out, and since binders are mainly used to take notice away for the breast area, I think it's kind of counterproductive. I had to add some thin padding from a sports bra so my nipps wernt poking out through my shirt. Also, MAJOR uniboob. I don't know how I can go buy spandex and have my bloated belly look super flat, yet no one can make a binder that doesn't give you a pointy uniboob. I ordered a M and S. I really hope those fit and look better. Idk, maybe my b00bs are just too big for a binder. But this one is one of the best I've found so far.The larger one will be comfortable for sleeping.

So…this is a bralette. The fabric is in no way thick or resistant enough for any kind of compression. I’m barely a B cup so this should be easy, this did absolutely nothing for me. For the love of everything, stop marketing sports bras as binder
