Don't buy an import. You will regret it. Cable assembly is well made and is made in the USA. More than adequate diameter inner cable. However, I was surprised how easily the cable unravels when it is cut (with a dremel reinforced cutting wheel) So, use care when cutting. Also, I wish the fittings were made from a steel alloy and not aluminum, especially they have a 5/16-24 fine thread.

Wow, I had to come out of the firewall into a pretty hard 90 degree that turns into a loop.This thing still feels like zero resistance, third brand I tried. First brand I'll get next time.

Doesn't fit a 6.0L GM LS based cable throttle body. I would up not using the supplied throttle body end.

So far so good. The instructions are a little vague, and I am still not sure how or if you need to attatch the ferrell end to the case.

A very nicely made unit and well worth the money spent. I mounted this cable in my 1976 FJ40 and it works like a charm. There are cheaper cables out there, but you get what you pay for. Do it right the first time!
