There is a bar that arches up and hits you behind your knees that hurts! Also took forever to assemble and should have explained what screw to be using.

No wonder they want to charge you so much to put it together for you! I’m not the world’s best handyman, nor am I Totally incompetent, but The assembly for me was a nightmare. The instructions are, if I may say so, lacking. The customer service, was nonexistent. I think the cup he could spit a little effort, at least explaining things rather than drawing pictures with arrows.The chairs, themselves, are beautiful.

Absolutely LOVE these chairs! They were easier to put together with power tools rather than the tools provided and went together much faster! They are a beautiful red and tan tweed and the height and swivel are exactly what I was looking for! So happy with this purchase and that I got 2 sets of them (total of 4 chairs). Once I have good pictures I will come back and add them!
