Should had 4 ties on each side of the pad to affix to the stool, very light weight.

I'm actually pretty disappointed with this.The color is more pink than beige. The straps across to support the cushion are lightweight vinyl/pleather and are probably not going to last very long outside. There are two pieces of velcro at the very edge of the cushion on one side. If attached to the base the other side of the cushion rises slightly and will definitely blow if there's any wind. I should have read the description better for the weight because it won't even take a stiff breeze to blow this thing away.So after paying I will need to:1. make a cover for the cushion2. add velcro straps3. fill the legs with something to add weight4. likely soon have to replace the cross support vinyl with something that will survive outside.Returning.

Even know, the description did not tell me what color are the metal was nor a very good description of the color of fabric. It still worked out. The fabric is a very very light cream/beige, which is too bad because it is an ottoman for your feet so the fabric should be a darker color. However, I ordered a cover in a darker tan that I can takeoff and wash. My outdoor furniture is a dark espresso color so this black ottoman works out perfectly. You cannot complain about the price and the shipping was perfect.

We pieced our balcony set together with this as an added feature to our patio swivel chairs. It was perfect for putting our tired old feet up at the end of the day. Has spill protection on there too so if they do get wet it rolls off. A great buy!

I bought 2 of these for some patio chairs I have. They are the perfect size and height. They are comfortable, affordable and were easy to assemble.

Overall, I like the footrest. It was easy to assemble and will compliment other patio furniture styles. It is a comfortable height. I would change the tie downs for the cushion. It only has two Velcro tie downs and with the wind in Colorado, I don't feel it is secure enough to stay put. When I'm not using it, I tie the cushion down with something else. I'm not giving it a lower rating because, if you wanted, I feel you could easily replace the cushion with something else.
