This swim shirt is much more snug than I was expecting, but it will still do the trick of keeping the sun off of me!

The overall quality of this item is solid. I have not yet went swimming in it, but the materials is a good quality. The workmanship is equally good. The color is vivid and true to what I expected. The material is stretchy, the zipper works without any issues. It is comfortable but much looser than I expected. I am 5’7’ tall, and weight roughly 200 pounds. I normally wear a size XXL shirt (loose fit) and a 42 G bra. I was surprised that the shirt was much looser in the chest area and stomach than I expected. It fit more like a roomy T-shirt than a snug fitting swim shirt. Admittedly, I have much broader shoulders than most women (even when I was fit). I did not find the shoulders overly loose, but definately not snug. I would suggest ordering a size down.

This is a really cute rash guard, nice to pair with black bottoms. The fabric feels good and I like the style with the zipper for detail. I would however suggest to size up. I found the top hugged my stomach, as if the looser part was in the back, and I would prefer looser in the stomach area like it looks on the Amazon photos.*As an Amazon Vine member I select products personally to review. This is such an attractive swim top for me. I ordered this and was hoping to use it as my outdoor gardening/lawn mowing shirt but have found it to be so comfortable and it is versatile and so easy to clean. The partial zip helps me get out of the shirt, especially after playing at the beach, and if my muscles are tired or my hand strength is weakened, it is such a helpful thing.The color banding is flattering and the smooth, rounded bottom edge just looks so pretty. I wear this with my suit, as a shirt, and as a coverup and it looks so nice. I tend to burn but with my standard sunscreen and this shirt I have not had any troubles. I do not know the actual UV process of the shirt, but it is not heavy or thickly woven. The shirt works with multiple bottom styles to make different suits, mixes well with skorts, shorts, and capris for a relaxed look.I did think it was small in fit, but it fits well. The idea of it having quick drying, swimsuit type construction helps me and keeps me comfortable for extended periods in the sun, sand, and wind. It is not small, it moves easily and has an easy fit but it is not a loose, plus size blouson, or flowy but it is not tight for the size. I say it fits like it functions, as a bathing suit. My initial look at the order was that it was too small. Tried it on and loved it! I like the value, the extra bonus of UV protection, quick drying, and fashionable just puts a smile on my face. See you at the beach!

I wish they made this very same rash guard with long sleeves. It has flattering contours in the seams and the fabric (I got mine in all black) is not see-through. The quality of the fabric is more like what I'd usually buy from Lands End, which is usually buy all of my swim gear. Very pleased. The black is nice and dark but my photos are a little blanched out due to my own poor lighting. Take proper care of this and it should last a long time. Thank you for making plus sized options.

Getting clothing in extended sizes on here has been such a gamble but I can happily report that it wasn't like that with this one specific item. I was very pleasantly surpised bc swimwear tends to be the worst offender with some of the incongruence with measurements; this plus size rash guard swim top fit exactly how we were hoping and it looks so cute, I'm very happy with it. It is also long enough in the front and back with no pinching or tension points in the shoulder, pits, and chest. Full points, very nicely done x

Absolutely love this rash guard! The floral pattern goes pretty well with any kind of other floral pattern that your bathing suit may have and the black is nice and black. When I ordered it I didn't realize it had like a quarter zip up the front which is really a nice bonus. This thing is comfortable and true to size and the design with the floral stripes or the way that it's printed or whatever is very flattering. I have pretty bad heat intolerance so one of the only ways I can really enjoy the summer is in the water and nobody loves a sunburn. This is going to be a really great thing for me to have. Definitely recommend.
