Compression is great, yeah, but cutting off circulation is not, uncomfortable is a word you could use.It fits badl, makes my arms colder, and only relieves pain by making the blood stop flowing.Returning because it doesn't work for me.

First time putting them on and there is a hole. Also the left one seems smaller as it is tighter a right on.

The left glove developed a small rip which I sewed up by hand. When the seam came loose further up, I decided to exchange them. I let Amazon know Wednesday night, dropped them off at UPS Thursday afternoon, and the replacement gloves were at my door when I got home from work Thursday!UPDATE: The seam on the left glove split again. Perhaps they can reinforce the seams so this doesn't happen. I didn't want to exchange them again, so I sewed them up myself. Otherwise, I love the gloves.Great service, great delivery, great product!

I bought these cause I decided to become a hardcore crochet-er overnight and had terrible arm pain. I wanted to continue to be able to crochet but have my muscle be slightly supported.I felt like it genuinely helped at first but the seam connecting the thumb to the rest of the hand started to really hurt. Because the seam is on the inside of the glove it would rub and really irritate the skin connecting the thumb to the rest of the hand. It became unusable.I even tried to put a bandaid on my hand to protect it but it still would irritate me through that as well.If I were you, I'd go with one that has the seams on the outside so you'll be more comfortable.

I have very slim arms, but the upper part of the glove is still too tight to wear for more than a few minutes. When I wear these, I always scoot the tops down to mid-forearm. The texture on the palms makes it easy to grip things. I didn't notice any pain relief, so your mileage may vary on that. But they were snug/compressive and warmer than without, and provide slightly more support to my wrist than wearing nothing. Not quite as effective as K-tape to support my wrists, but just barely enough to get through a workout without getting aggravated.Personally I avoid using these too often, because they are a bother to launder. Hang dry only, and machine wash cold. I put them in a mesh laundry bag so that I can find them to separate from the rest of the load going into the dryer, but I typically use warm or hot water, so I have to set these aside until I have an appropriate load to add them to, which is tedious. This is a review of Gorbgle Long Copper Arthritis Gloves for Carpal Tunnel, Compression Gloves for Hand Pain Relief, Wrist Arm Support, Fingerless Typing Gloves for Rheumatoid, Tendonitis, Fits Women Men, 1 Pair, Medium
