I did give only three stars because just after first washing two parts of plastic strips was broken. So, did not survive even first washing. But hat was clean.

Returning the item. After one use the zipper broke. Also it didn't clean my hat that well. I had soaked the hat and vinegar, no change.

So got this to start washing my caps. Used it and the stubs that snap broke off during the cycle. Ruined my $59 Harley cap. Removed it from the mesh and the dome collapsed causing the cap to get crushed. Left a dent in the front face of the cap. Maybe the only good product of this is the mesh cover itself but the frame is garbage.
