Every slat and both valances arrived broken. Very disappointed. Contacted lotus blinds, they said to contact Amazon. Need help. Please contact me.

This worked great for covering a wall mirror which I was unable to remove from a wall. It looks very nice. There was some damage in shipping. Two of the vanes were bent but I was able to use them after heating with a hair dryer. The valance was split on both ends where the clear clip that holds the end cap fits. I used clear packaging tape to fix this problem. As I stated in my title, needs better packaging.
